Our long-term relationship with this non-profit association has given us the chance us to develop many of their internal and public facing events.
From countless business meetings to outdoor charitable fund raisers, we have partnered with them to develop and grow their brand and messaging.
This working knowledge of working along side a non-profit has given us the insight into integrating charitable aspects into any company’s event.

Around the Globe
We worked internationally to create moving, unique success story videos for Halyard. We exceeded the client’s expectations by nimbly coordinating an aggressive shoot schedule over 7 different countries. Using the right directors and translators, we captured the story’s emotional core in multiple native languages.
Additionally, we handled all the logistics of translators, script writers, transcripts, international permitting.

Transform
We radically shifted Kimberly-Clark’s thinking from ‘product selling’ to ‘building healthier, safer lives for the world’, by creating mind share and aligning messaging over the course of 3 distinct events, with 3 varied audiences.
We engaged attendees with fully immersive training rooms including professional actors and inspired them by involving everyone in group activities. These transformed meeting spaces, designed to look like one-of-a-kind Kimberly-Clark environments had a huge and lasting impact.
Each event was personalized with unique individual ‘turning points’ for each attendee while the audience connection was enhanced by utilizing employees as the stars and entertainment.

Working Together
Starting in 2003, Kimberly-Clark and Momentium (then Davis Production Group) began our long and mutually beneficial partnership to deliver on K-C’s brand promise of making lives better with authenticity, accountability, innovation, and caring.
That first year Kimberly-Clark needed to build on the momentum of a great year and we helped them achieve that, setting in motion an expectation that lives on to this day.
A few years later, at the KCP National Sales meeting, Momentium helped create strategic, creative and on-brand materials to inspire and inform attendees. That meeting became one of the highest rated and the bar for all other K-C events. We couldn’t have been more proud.
By 2010 the world’s economic crisis called, literally, for a “Transformation” within Kimberly-Clark and the meeting experiences we designed from pre-event through post-event met that mandate, keeping change momentum going along a clear continuum.
A relatively recent development — the spinoff of Halyard Health — brought us the chance to support, advance and define a new brand from the ground up through our creative, video, scripting, and other internal communication activations.
Throughout myriad sales conferences, training meetings, and leadership summits, not to mention a catalog of videos and communication campaigns, we’ve become part of the K-C family — working alongside their talented men & women, taking pride in their successes, and ownership of their issues.

Defining Moments
It’s invaluable to engage an audience from the very start -to establish the tone and set the event apart. To do just this, we developed an unforgettable opening experience for an audience who had ‘seen it all before’ using professional actors, musicians and actual employees on stage. A seasoned performer lead the opening, telling emotionally charged stories of perseverance and triumph over adversity. We created synergy by using New Orleans, the meeting’s location, as a backdrop and paralleled the city’s accomplishments to the company’s. Images and videos projected on our 100 ft LED surface captivated the audience and drove the Defining Moments messaging. A New Orleans live brass band jazzed up moments and added to the emotional connection. We incorporated employees by segueing their own Defining Moments in between brand stories. Finally we created a call to action for the audience, closing with the question:
What will your Defining Moment be?
